APAPC Board of Directors holds first meeting in Jakarta - 7th Mar, 2006

The Directors held their first meeting in Jakarta, Indonesia on the 7th of March 2006 at the offices of the Chairman. All directors were present (Pri Sulisto, Robert Murdoch, Henry Valentino and Javier Calero) with Mr Jonathan Gaul participating by telephone from Australia.

The Board approved the new Constitution and Rules with some minor amendments. The web site has been updated accordingly.

Other matters relating to the planning and membership were discussed at length and these have been included in the meeting minutes and added to the ìmembersî section.
